A SAFe, agile team is a group of individuals who come together and work with coordination and have the necessary skills to run in a scaled agile framework. Individuals build, design, and test features for an agile enterprise with communication and values.

During this course, the SAFe for teams learns how to facilitate the planning and execution process seamlessly. All individuals learn about their roles in an agile team and work effectively accordingly using Kanban, Scrum, and XP.
