Course descriptionCourse description

The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) assists organizations in overcoming the substantial hurdles of building and delivering enterprise-class software and systems in the shortest period possible.
It’s a knowledge base of proven success patterns for implementing Lean-Agile software and systems at a corporate size available online and for free.

For large groups of Agile teams, SAFe synchronizes alignment, collaboration, and delivery. SAFe is scalable and adaptable, allowing any organization to tailor it to their own business needs.
It can support both small-scale solutions involving 50–125 practitioners and large-scale systems involving thousands of people.

A successful leader and change agent, a Certified SAFe® 5 Architect, delivers Agile Architecture to support the production of business value. Applying SAFe principles to develop and maintain Agile Architecture and release on demand, leading and supporting Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains, extending the principles driving continuous flow to large systems-of-systems, and enabling an improved flow of value are just a few examples of critical areas of competency.

This course is designed for senior technical contributors who need to know what System, Solution, and Enterprise Architects do in Lean-Agile organizations.
Individuals who want to learn more about how architecture allows continuous value flow and how architects participate in and contribute to a Lean-Agile enterprise should take this course.

When attendees become a SAFe® 5 Architects, they may increase cooperation and alignment in a SAFe® Lean-Agile enterprise.
The SAFe for Architects training prepares System, Solution, and Enterprise Architects to work as effective leaders and change agents across the enterprise to provide architectural solutions collaboratively.
