Course Agenda
Attendees should be able to accomplish the following tasks to play the role of SAFe Architect:
- Manage trade-offs between functionality, cost, risk, and sustainability using SAFe concepts.
- With a continuous integration/continuous delivery deployment approach, ensure that designs can be implemented in small batches.
- Inform Agile teams and trainers of the solution's context and aim.
- Create deliberate architecture rules and leave room for flexibility to allow for emergent technology.
- Prepare the architectural runway for a successful delivery.
- During the programme, steer architecture decisions, assist with risk and issue resolution, and engage in Management Review and Problem Solving. Execution should be improved.
- CI/CD and DevOps are examples of quality processes that should be defined, implemented, and monitored.
- Ensure that technological decisions made within an ART are carried out end-to-end across all Solution components.
- Ascertain that the solution adheres to the Portfolio's technological strategy.
- Facilitate Lean-Agile transformations and provide Lean-Agile coaching to practitioners.
