SAFe Advanced Scrum Master

Current Scrum Masters will be prepared for their leadership role in promoting Agile team, programme, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementation during this two-day (weekends) / 5 days (Week days – evening sessions) workshop. You will be prepared to take the SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master exam and become a qualified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master if you attend the class (SASM).

The Scaled Agile, Inc. Partner Program Agreement covers the SAFe Advanced Scrum Master 5.1 training course.

Course descriptionCourse description

The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) assists organizations in overcoming the substantial hurdles of building and delivering enterprise-class software and systems in the shortest period possible.

It’s a knowledge base of proven success patterns for implementing Lean-Agile software and systems at the corporate size that’s available online and for free.

For large groups of Agile teams, SAFe synchronizes alignment, collaboration, and delivery. SAFe is scalable and adaptable, allowing any organization to tailor it to their own business needs. It can support both small-scale solutions involving 50–125 practitioners and large-scale systems involving thousands of people.

A SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) is a servant leader who takes a systems approach to the Scrum Master job and implements integrated techniques to help many teams, programmes, and enterprises succeed in larger projects.
Advanced Scrum Masters are aware of Agile and Scrum anti-patterns and are able to encourage cross-team collaboration in order to aid programme execution and continuous improvement.
This experience, along with servant leadership, helps teams improve workflow and quality, resulting in cohesive, high-performing Lean-Agile teams that generate ongoing value.

Facilitation of cross-team relationships in support of programme execution and continuous improvement is covered in this course. It expands on the Scrum paradigm by providing an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps approaches, as well as the use of Kanban to help with value flow and interactions with architects and product managers.

The seminar addresses practical approaches to handling Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise and provides effective tools for developing high-performing teams.
