The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) doesn’t only include the developmental software for faster delivery and solutions, but it also requires a sharted DevOps mindset amongst the people. It is a concept based on knowledge and has a proven success journey for implementing Lean-Agile software and systems at an enterprise level.

SAFe helps optimize the role of people in development with leadership, alignment, and delivery for Agile teams. According to every business needs, you can adapt as SAFe recognizes the difference they can have. The quantity of employees does not matter, and it can be a small, more straightforward team or even a large group with complex systems.

Through this course further in the future, by becoming a certified SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner (SDP), you can design a continuous delivery flow according to the business needs. Optimize the flow of value by mapping the value streams with SDP from knowledge and idea to the cash and skip the steps that act as obstructions to the flow. They continuously work with collaboration, improvement, monitoring, building, and deploying to increase team productivity.
